I’m in the middle of planning my annual ATFS Success Awards for my training community, and as I was thinking about my big “why” ceremony coming up in two weeks, something hit me.

I remember going to those huge award ceremonies where agents were selling $50M… $100M a year. And even though I was working nonstop  up at 6 AM, in bed at 1 or 2 AM, pouring everything into my business, my $10M a year didn't feel like enough then my $21M a year still didn't  feel like enough.

At times, I honestly felt invisible.

The truth is, most real estate agents, especially minority agents, don't hit those benchmarks. Not because we’re not capable, but because we’re often serving communities where the average home prices just don’t support that kind of volume. Many of our clients are first-time homebuyers or first-generation millionaires.

And let’s be real… a lot of our entertainers, entrepreneurs, and leaders choose to work with other races keeping wealth circulating in their own communities instead of shifting it to ours. I see it all the time.

But this message isn’t about that.

It’s about this: if you don’t like something, build it yourself.

So yeah… this is my little rant. 😂

1. What does my Learning  Access Pass include?
Your Training Access Pass gives you full access to the ATFS Learning Day sessions happening on November 8th from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. This includes high-level panel discussions, breakout sessions focused on growth, wealth, and business strategy, as well as light refreshments and networking opportunities.

2. Does this pass include access to the full ATFS Success Awards ceremony?
No. This pass is exclusively for the learning portion of the event. It provides access only to sessions happening between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

If you’d like to attend the full ATFS Awards Day experience, you’ll need to join the ATFS Membership and purchase an Awards Ticket separately.

3. Do I have to be a member to attend the training sessions?
No membership is required to attend the ATFS Learning Day. Your Training Access Pass gives you everything you need to join the sessions and connect with industry leaders.

4. Who will benefit from this training?
